Who Are We?

A Team of Angels Working Together to Clean the Hell Out of Any Space!
We’re a small, but mighty team, cleaning commercial, residential, and rental properties through and through! Accumulatively we have over 40 years of cleaning experience and our admin, over 20! We like to have fun, get the job
done right, and look forward to loving on ALL the pets!
Meet, Heather’s Heavenly Housekeeping…

The Boss Lady

Heather is originally from the northern pan handle of West Virginia, settling in Hampton Roads as a member of a navy family. She loves cats, dogs, books, family, God, hiking, kayaking AND, is a certified phlebotomist! She got her first cleaning job at 19, working hard to keep local Dollar Generals and Toys “R” Us’ in tip-top shape!

After settling in the Hampton Roads area, she started Heather’s Heavenly Housekeeping to help families focus on the important things. She saw how families stay busy and wanted to help by taking one thing off their plate! As she puts it, “I wanted to provide a service that lifts a weight from your shoulders and makes coming home feel like ‘Almost Heaven’.”

I love the smell of a freshly cleaned home, seeing the countertops sparkle, and get great satisfaction from scrubbing a dirty, soap scummy bathtub to perfection. Satisfaction. I love my job. I’ve met many wonderful families and witnessed so many different home dynamics that it’s only made me a better, kinder, more understanding person. I would love to clean Taylor Swifts’ house just so I can get the tea!”

Have you met Sarah?

She is one of our all-star employees and an integral member of management. You can find her answering messages, sending quotes and invoices, helping to train new employees, meeting with new clients, pet sitting for our clients, and sooo much more!

She has amazing customer service skills and leaves everything she touches Heavenly clean.

Sarah has been with HHH since 2020 and as Heather’s younger sister she is literally part of the HHH family

“I enjoy cleaning because one it’s satisfying seeing the transformation into a freshly smelling clean home, but two i love the smile it brings to the clients faces knowing they can relax in a clean home as well! The team we have here is strong and teamwork always makes the dream work lol, I’ve been really enjoying it. And I agree with Annie first would be my own lol but other than mine I wouldve chosen Marilyn Monroe!”

Lead Cleaning Angel, Michael has been with HHH since 2021. As the only full-time male cleaner, he holds himself to a higher standard to offset gender stereotypes. He performs all types of cleanings and is our resident carpet cleaning specialist. He is part of a 2-person team that includes Lead Training Angel Jewels when she’s not training a new Angel. As the younger brother of Heather and Sarah, he is literally a member of the HHH family!

Husband to Heather, he knows how to do everything! Fully employed elsewhere but always volunteering to help any of our Angels who are running behind. He cleans, carpet scrubs, performs maintenance tasks for str properties, pet sits, provides lawn services, and literally does anything that is thrown at him.

Heather’s Heavenly Housekeeping would not exist if not for this man who has provided the support system for Heather to start her own business!

Lead Training Angel Julianna, she prefers to be called Jewels, is our trainer. She takes all new Angels under her wing and works alongside them for their first 30 days with HHH. She knows all the most important skills, strategies, and techniques when it comes to cleaning. She coordinates with our Guardian Angel when retraining is necessary and recommends when new employees are ready to work independently and get their first raise. She is soft-spoken and kind, but don’t let that fool you! She knows what she is doing and quickly made her mark with HHH. She’s the best of the best and we wouldn’t be successful without her!

Angel in training, Paige, is a transplant to Hampton Roads. She has years of experience with short-term rentals and is learning the ropes when it comes to residential cleaning. She is timely, consistent, and super kind. We’ve been happy to have her as part of our family and can’t wait to see her make her mark!!!

Meet Crystal. Crystal came in like a breath of fresh air. She knows how to clean and knocks it out of the park every time. With over 20 years of experience in residential, commercial, and rental properties, she is our most seasoned cleaning Angel and it shows through her work everytime! As a newer member of the team she has quickly become integral to operations. Can she do a cleaning last minute, yes! Can she work weekends, yes! Does she love cleaning, yes yes yes!

Meet Jacqueline, aka Jacque. She’s a momma, a wife, and an angel! She is a Lead Cleaning Angel who specializes in maintenance cleans. You can find her whizzing around Hampton Roads cleaning the hell out of everything. She’s kind, communicative, and always on time! She’s a blessing, and she’s going to bless you with a sparkly clean home!

Meet cleaning Angel Daija. Hampton Roads native with a heart of gold. She is a hardworking young lady who always shows up, stays late, works evenings, and/ or weekends. She works on a two person crew, which includes her sister Destry. We are so grateful to have her as part of our team!

Cleaning Angel Destry is a Hampton Roads native. She is a cleaning guru and brought her sister, Daija, over to the team. If she’s cleaning your space, you know it’s gonna sparkle. Deep cleans, Moving Cleans, Maintenance Cleans, Commercial, Residential, Short term Rentals, she experienced in all areas, and it shows!!! She’s literally an angel!!

Megan is a Lead cleaning Angel. She came to us with years of experience, a can-do attitude, amazing customer service, and a servants heart. She cleans more efficiently than anyone we’ve seen before. During her training period, she may have taught us a few things!!! We glad to have her and you will be too!

Have you met Logan? He is our Teenage Cleaning Angel! You can find him assisting during the summertime. As the son of Heather, he has years of experience that he may not necessarily have wanted. Don’t worry, though, he cleans like no teenager we’ve ever seen thanks to the diligent training he went through under the keen eyes of Heather, Aunt Sarah, and Uncle Mike!
